I’m done! Last week, despite an epic snowstorm, I made it to New Haven and presented my final doctoral composition recital with an incredible group of musicians, who gave a brilliant performance of my music. The next day, I took my two-hour oral exam and passed! With that, I’ve completed the requirements for the Doctor of Musical Arts degree at Yale. Feeling happy, grateful, and relieved.
